1) We will inspect and/or dust, clean, polish, or sanitize, as applicable, any and all furnishings or effects keeping your facilities fresh and clean.

2) We will sanitize all restrooms and their fixtures, promoting a sanitary and deodorized environment.

3) We will empty all trash from every waste receptacle, clean them when needed, and reline them when necessary.

4) We will check and refill all hand soap, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers, as needed (Soap and paper supplies are to be provided by the Client).

5) We will thoroughly vacuum all carpeted flooring, wall to wall, paying particular attention to edges, corners, and hard-to-reach places eliminating debris and minimizing dust particles.`

6) We will dust-mop hard surface flooring and wet-mop or machine scrub when necessary, for optimal floor appearance.

7) We will use hospital-grade cleaners, supplies, and procedures when conditions exist where clinical infection-control techniques are required, addressing any cross-contamination potential.

8) We will perform any duty or task as specifically requested by the Client, to enhance our service offerings.

9) We will perform comprehensive service functions such as:

Carpet cleaning

Floor/Tile and Grout care

Window cleaning

Overhead dusting

Upholstery cleaning

10) Upon completion of our work, we will conduct a thorough walk- through  inspection to ensure that your facilities are clean, in order, and ready for  another day of business activity.
